Placing an order with us really couldn’t be easier, whether it’s by phone, fax, email or post. Our office hours are:
8am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
To ensure that your order is handled as efficiently as possible, please include or have available – Account number, Order number, Product name, Product code, Quantity required, Price (if known) and Contract number (where applicable).
We believe in free…..
Orders over £20 or more placed before 3.45pm will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders received before 2.45pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Orders under £20 are subject to a carriage charge of £10
Premium delivery service is available on request to ensure arrival before 10am on weekdays
Why Not Collect?
We can arrange for you to collect your goods from our despatch depot between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
In every case we ask that you check the contents of your order carefully and inform us of damaged, missing or incorrect items immediately, so that any problems can be rectified promptly.
Returns
Deva does not offer a sale or return facility. In the event of overstocking we may be able to assist subject to a restocking charge, providing that:
Goods are packaged in perfect condition
Goods were supplied less than 6 weeks ago and have not been delisted
Goods were not an extraordinary stock line
