KIWA is a member of the European Organisation for Technical Approvals.  It is an official testing body to certify product compliance with the UK Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulation 1999 for England and Wales and for Water Byelaws 2000, Scotland.

WRAS Water Regulation Advisory Scheme

The WRAS approves water fittings and materials to meet the minimum regulations of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulation 1999 for England and Wales, the Water Byelaws 2000 for Scotland, and the Water Regulations in Northern Ireland.

The confidence we have in our products means we are delighted to offer a comprehensive 12 year Guarantee on all chrome taps*.  This includes 2 years parts and labour, followed by 10 years parts only warranty.  In addition we offer a comprehensive lifetime guarantee on all Satinjet™ products*.  This includes 2 years parts and labour, followed by lifetime parts only warranty. Should any part prove faulty, simply return it to us with proof of purchase and we will send you the replacement part free of charge. *All other products and finishes benefit from a 5 year guarantee (2 years parts and labour, 3 years parts only warranty). Excludes all electrical products such as electric showers, sensor taps and shower pumps, all of which are supplied with a 2 year guarantee. Toilet seats supplied with a 1 year guarantee.
